Clubs
Teachers run a variety of free clubs for children to attend throughout the week. Our clubs give opportunity to socialise with children of all ages across our school, to learn and practise new skills and to contribute to the local community.
This terms offering of clubs is:
- Gardening Club with Mrs Roberts - Tuesday lunchtime
- Puzzle Club with Miss Richardson - Wednesday lunchtime
- Netball Club with Mr Merry - Thursday lunchtime
- Young Voices Choir with Miss Dowdall and Mrs Black - Thursday after school until 4:30pm
- Morning Run with Mrs Black - Friday morning leaves the hall at 8:20am
Sports Club
Monday Sports Club 3:15pm – 5:15pm
Mr Thompson from Atlas Sports, who teaches PE on a Monday, hosts our Sports Club to all year groups this year. We request the office are emailed to confirm your child's attendance, so we can cater for numbers and formulate a register.
Coberley Equestrian Team
Coberley Primary School Equestrian (NSEA) team has been set up for the keen horse riders in our school. Our team are sponsored by Petways Ltd, owned and run by parents Sam and Nigel. The team regularly compete at a variety of local events, proudly showing Coberley against many other schools. We currently have children in many year groups riding for Coberley. If you wish to join them, please contact the office for further information.
