School Council
The school council is elected every year with voted representatives from each class. They decide important maters such as chnages to the day to day running opf the school, house events and choice of charities to support. They meet each term.
Eco Council
Our eco council earned the school the bronze acreditation in 2021. This ensures we dispose of rubbish carefully, are frugal with electricty and take care of our environment. Our move to tablets in Class 3 has enabled us to drastically reduce photocopying and paper waste.
School Rules
Each year the children write the school rules. Each class debate and chose the best 3 and they are put together to form 12 school rules, whcib are then signed by the school community.
The rules demonsrate positive behaviour and show acts we would all like to do, rather than not. For exmple, we are kind to each other rather than we don't hit each other.

Y6 Buddies
Each year the Year 6 take responsibility for welcoming the new reception children to school. This involves getting to know them, listening to them read, ensuring they are happy on the playground and take an active role in their development.
